As long as the network is able to connect externally, form data should always be forwarded to your JotForm account.  If you wouldn't mind explaining a bit more how you intend to use forms, we can clarify further.

    Hi,
we have to secure that all user data and uploads remains inhouse or on premise.
Functionality could come from the cloud.
Maybe you have an on premise installation option in your portfolio or a suggestion how to do this?
    Best regards,

    Hello Jotform-Team,
ok if I understood right now you have only a SaaS Solution and not a Hybrid-Solution?
Could you give me a short info or paper how the user-data is stored and what do you do to secure user-data from access from outside?
    Best,

I'm not sure that I can provide you the security information you are asking. So, I'm escalating your questions to the second level.

For the meantime, I added here the security information being JotForm website for your information.

    Privacy Policy

    Encrypted Form

    Thank you for your understanding.
