i keep recieving emails saying my box is full but i emptied it can you please clarify

I'm sorry, but I did not understood your issue. Please provide us more details, so that we can assist you. Where are you receiving those emails and from who? Please provide us a screenshot of email that you received.
I have checked our email logs and I did not found that any email was recently set to your email address from JotForm.
I have also tested your form and it is working properly.
