502 Bad Gateway error: Form doesn't notify when submitted

    We've a problem with one of our forms :


    When we try to submit a new entry, it doesn't return the "Thank you" page. Seems hung in a loop, loading the submit button with "please wait"  status

    It neither sends the confirmation emails.

    When we check it with a report, we see the form entry, but without ID.

    After a while it fails and returns a "502 Bad Gateway" error.

    I've tried to edit one of the failed submitted forms, the result is the same.

    It's affecting all different users/computers.
