How do I get the divider between sections to show up?

I created a divider object but I could not get anything to actually show up on the form. I selected a dotted line and increased the size of the line but that didn't work.

I don't see dividers on the form you shared to us. Did you remove it?

I tried the divider in my form and it is working fine.
