For about 2 hours yesterday, our form submissions only have partial data (most of the form data is missing).

We apologize for the inconvenience, it appears like we had a general issue on that date that caused the lost of data in some submissions.
The issue is fixed already, but I have escalated this to our back-end team to see if there is a way to recover the missing data. If there isn't, I am afraid to say that you will need to contact the user and request for the missing information.
