I found the JotForm username to be 2BWireless
I have triggered a password reset email so that you can redo the login password. Please check your email for the reset instructions.

I still didn't get reset password email. Could you tell me which email its sending it too?
Also my customer emailed me saying that the form is not forwarding applications to there email, there pretty upset and I need to fix the issue asap.
Can you please look into it.
