Thank You Page: 403 Forbidden Error

Asked by royallyfunparties on May 05, 2017 at 07:03 AM

www.royallyfunparties.com/plan-my-party is the form's address. Upon submission it's supposed to take customers to this page: www.royallyfunparties.com/pay-my-deposit

It's been working fine for years until all of the sudden now it gives them an error message at that address. I can type the address into my browser and it works just fine, but the redirect action doesn't like it for some reason. I've tried deleting it and re-adding it, but it still doesn't work.

    Hello,

We are sorry for the inconvenience you have. I have tested your form and seen the issue.

So, I have cloned your form named "Party Plan" on my side in order to test it.

I have received the same issue on my side also.

I have forwarded this issue to our software development team in order to investigate and fix it. You are going to be informed via this thread as soon as possible.

    Thank you for your patience.

    Hi,

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. I have tested your form and seen that the problem you are facing is not about us but Wix. You have enabled "Send POST Data" option under "Form Settings", and your form is trying to send form values to Thank You page as POST request. Since Wix blocks POST requests, you are getting an error. Would you please disable "Send POST Data" option and try it one more time?

    Best.
