Why are my forms disabled?

    All of my forms are disabled currently.


    joshworkflow@gmail.com is the account this is under. 


    I've been notified I reached the 5 form limit and then deleted a few forms that were just test builds.


    If I can get a quick response it would be greatly appreciated. This has delayed a project with a deadline.

    Hello, your account was suspended due to scam. This goes against our Terms of Use.

    Scams. You agree that you will not use JotForm or any form(s) you create using JotForm for scamming purposes to attract, lure, or illegally obtain payment of any sort from others by unjustifiable means such as posting a jotform as a money-making program on a classified ads site as an example of that. Any account reported or found doing so will be immediately suspended.

    Copyright Infringement. Company respects the intellectual property rights of others. Accordingly, Company has a policy of disabling access to any Submission that violates copyright law, suspending access to the JotForm Service to any user who uses the JotForm Service in violation of copyright law, and/or terminating in appropriate circumstances the account of any user who uses the JotForm Service in violation of copyright law

    Most of your forms are attributed to Walmart so if you could point us to an online resource, document, proof, etc. that would help us confirm that you are with Walmart, please share them with us, we'll review it, and lift the suspension on your account after investigation.
