Why when I press submit, it says "Please wait..."?

When users try to submit their application, it says "please wait..." and never goes through.

Try replacing your current embed code with your forms iFrame code:

https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

Remove the oembed code that is currently there and insert the iframe code.  It should resolve the issue.
