    I am interested in understanding the limits of reports. We do summer and after-school programs. An emergency information or registration includes some of the information we would like to provide to all families. We do however, want to exclude families who answer a question about sharing their contact information as "no." This feature is not available, I assume?


    Also, do reports update when new forms are added? For example, my teachers have access to the Emergency Info report. After the deadline, we take a few additional registrations. Does the report reflect these or do I have to delete and add another report?

    Reports are a great service, but functionality and design should be improved. I don't see a way to freeze the headers to allow for proper sorting, etc.

    Hello Cynthia.  Unfortunately, you cannot exclude on the reports those who selected 'no'.

    On your other question, if you're referring to the submissions, yes, the list will automatically update as soon as you receive new form submissions.  No need to create another report for this.

    We understand that the reports still has a lot of room for features.  Perhaps in the near future we'll see more of these.  And once we do, we'll sure to inform everyone about it.
