My account is suspended. Is it possible to re open so I can use existing template.

I see that you were already informed about this before on another thread. Again, please be reminded that we have an anti-phishing tool that scans every form in every account. Any form that is suspected of phishing activity or violates our terms (Terms-of-Use) will be marked and the account that owns it will be automatically suspended.
Now, in order for us to help you reactivate your account, we will have to delete the guilty fields from your forms. (Deleting fields also include any data associated with it)
