    Sorry but could you translate what the voucher at the link you provided states? (I don't know German and since the coupon is an image, Google isn't translating it.) I recently provided a solution for another JotForm client where upon submission of their PayPal integrated form users got to print a gift certificate, after payment. Is this the sort of functionality you seek?

    We look forward to hearing from you.

    Mustafa,

    Please go to the thread (http://www.jotform.com/answers/113864-Aytekin-answer-me-pls-I-need-a-coupon-form) and see how your replies are appearing. There is a link to a coupon but no file. Attaching the file to an email will not work here. Is there a file sharing facility to which you can can upload the file and then share its link?

    There was no need for your last three five replies, as I had already got the inj.png image. Thanks.

    Forgive me for being a bit dense (as one of my colleagues recently stated to a user who he was having difficulty understanding) but I'm still trying to figure out the entire process. I take it that once a user completes and submits the form, as a reward, they are automatically directed to a page containing the coupon which they can then print by clicking its button:

    Since the button states "Print the coupon and arrange an appointment", in addition to printing the coupon, that button must also direct the user to a second form where they can make their appointment. Correct?

    I might be able to use an image map to make the said button perform both the printing and loading of the second form (assuming that that's what is to happen) but the placement of the various elements on the coupon like your logo and the value would have to be done on your end.

    We'll await your response.

    I haven't done anything with the form because I first need to understand what exactly is required. I still don't know if the user is supposed to be directed to a second form upon clicking the coupon's "Print the coupon and arrange an appointment" button.

    Hi again

    I believe I now understand what you want to happen. When your web page initially loads, the coupon (not the form) is to appear. When the user clicks the coupon's blue button two things are to happen:

    1. The browser's print dialog should open, allowing the user to print the coupon

    2. The form should pop up (preferably, in a lightbox) where it would be completed and submitted

    If this is the procedure you want users to follow, there's a problem: They could simply print the web page which already contains the coupon and forego submission of the form altogether!

    As I mentioned in my first reply, I recently provided a solution involving a gift certificate for another JotForm client. In their case, the certificate could only be viewed (and printed) by the end user after payment was received. However, since no payment would be required in your form's case, upon submission, the coupon (along with a button to print it) can be made to appear in place of the default thank you message.

    What you could do is create two coupon images: One with the word "VOID" (in German) stamped over it and another without any such stamp. The first image would appear on the web page and the second would be used for the actual coupon that appears in place of the default thank you message. It would contain the name of the person who would have submitted the form and the ID of the said submission. Since each submission ID would be unique, having it appear on the coupon prevents the redemption of multiple copies of any coupon. In other words, you can setup a system where whenever a coupon is presented for redemption, its ID can be checked against the form's submission records (so that you would know if it has already been redeemed).

    Incidentally, there was no need to create the this is for Abajan form because I had already got the entire inj.png image via the link you had earlier sent. Also, I don't know what graphics applications you have on your computer but Pixlr is a very versatile free online image editor. It could well simplify the job of creating the coupon images.

    Anyway, please let me know your thoughts on my idea regarding the procedure the user should go through to get the coupon.

    I can see the coupon image on that page. If you are talking about some other coupon, please let us know.

    If mentioned above coupon image is not visible from your side, this may be related to SSL connection.

    Since you use httpS:// secure connection, page is loaded securely, but embed form is not encrypted.

    In order to solve this, you can embed secure form to your page.

    Please feel free to contact us if you need any further assistance.

    Hi again

    Are you referring to the Bewerbung für Beratungsstellenleiter form? Usually, when changes made in the form builder aren't reflected at the form's URL (or in the web page where the form is embedded), it's a CDN (Content Delivery Network) edge location server caching issue. Please provide the URL of the page where the problem is occurring.

    Thanks.

    Incidentally, the form in question is not being displayed in Google Chrome (Version 22.0). Initially, when I used that browser to view the page and saw the other form, I thought it was that one to which you were referring. It's only upon checking the source that I discovered that that wasn't the JotForm form. We'll have to investigate why it's not being shown in Chrome (and possibly other browsers) and get back to you.

    Yes, I already knew that the page to which you were referring was https://www.vlh-muenchen.de/15.html but I was saying that although that page contains two forms, only the non-JotForm one is visible when viewed in Chrome. Although the JotForm one appears in Firefox okay, there may other browsers may be exhibiting the Chrome issue.

    As to the check box matter, I take it you only want one option per check box and that it's "Option 1" label should be hidden. Is this correct?

    Answered by abajan on October 24, 2012 at 08:29 AM

    @mbozd

    Okay thanks for clearing that up. From what I can see, they're actually two issues related to the said checkbox fields:

    1. Each field should only contain a single checkbox

    2. Although the field itself should be labeled, its checkbox should not

    Please do the following to each checkbox field you wish to alter:

    1. Load the form into the form builder and click the field

    2. Click the field's main label (not any of the checkbox's labels) and when it becomes highlighted, hit [Ctrl+C] to copy it to your computer's clipboard

    3. In the toolbar, click Options, remove everything (Option 1, Option 2 and Option 3) and then paste [Ctrl+V] the label that was copied to the clipboard and click OK

    Finally, inject the following CSS to hide all of the checkbox labels and then save the form:

    .form-checkbox-item label {
    display: none;
    }

    Insofar as the checkbox issue is concerned, the above procedure should accomplish your goal. However, there's still the matter of the form not being displayed in Chrome (and possible other browsers) while at your page's URL. Please open a new thread requesting help with issue.

    Thanks.
