Account over quota but I only have one form with 0 submissions.

Hello,

I have only 1 form in my profile with 0 submissions in it and I have a warning on my profile saying that I am out of space. Can you explain why am I getting this warning? I haven't even used the form I created yet.

Hello ercangenis,

I did check your account and found that your usages are well within the allowed limits of free plan. Please check the screenshot below:

You received warning email earlier because you reached your allowed upload limits. Since you have already deleted all submission records, it also deleted all uploads as well resulting in clearing your upload storage space.  Your account is in good shape currently and there is nothing to worry about.
