My Tell a Friend form is not sending an email to the FRIEND, no errors are shown, but the friend does not receive the email.
The sender receives an auto responder email the Friend does not receive an email at all.
What is wrong with this form?

We apologize for what this issue has caused you. Have they checked on spam account? If yes, please can try to change your Sender Name to JotForm, and your Sender-Email to email@example.com in the notification email setup and then do a test?
You can also add JotMails ip addresses to your mail providers whitelists.
If this still doesn't work, please do let us know.

Just to add to what my colleague has stated, in order for the referrer (the person who would have submitted the form) to also receive an autoresponse, an extra autoresponder would need to be created and its Recipient E-mail set to "Your email". Use the same settings recommended by gori-mathew.

Ihave tried your suggestions above but still the person who is supposed to be told something is not receiving the notification email! Here is the scenario. "C" is the Jotform client/user, "A" is the one telling "B" about "C" . "A" fills the form and enters both A's and B's emails. "A" receives a notification on the screen, "C" receives a notification via email but "B" does not receive a notification! I have checked B's junk mail and there nothing there.
