Are JotForm customers notified when outages occur?

    Are we notified of Jotform unresponsiveness to collect and submit data per form conditions, thanks.

    How does Jotform notify customers if they outages? This is very important considering we would be unable to make submissions thus effecting our business operations, thanks.
