Had this problem before so cancelled account.
With Jot Form 4 thought this would have been fixed.

Thank you for reporting us this issue. I checked both sub-accounts and only one of them is not able to see submissions due to enabled data center.
User account associated with firstname.lastname@example.org, is able to see submissions as you can see here. Since this sub-user data section is stored in Us datacenter.
User account associated with email@example.com, is not able to see submissions due the fact that he enabled EU datacenter.
Please inform your user to disable EU datacenter. Since, parent user and sub-users should store data in the same datacenter.
