Would you please give us further information about your problem? For example, what kind issue you have when you want to upload data to Jotform? A screenshot or any error message which were specified by you would be great.

Also, would you please let us know, on which domain you want to access to Jotform? If you want to try to access to Jotform on www.jotformeu.com, please change the address to www.jotform.com.
