Missing Data in a Google Sheet that Pulls from an ImportRange

We use an import range to pull data from the Jotform integrated Google sheet into another sheet so we can view the data in a better format. Today all the data in the sheet we import into is missing (https://www.screencast.com/t/wz4Fd0n1, all the colored rows and many of the blank rows should have codes in them). The Data was there yesterday (https://www.screencast.com/t/4zrXaY0z08, but it looks like it disappeared between 1:03 and 1:58 in the afternoon).

I know that if you edit below an import range it can negatively affect the data, but I have not yet been able to find any edits to this sheet between the above time range (I used the Revision History feature in Google sheets, which is how I know the time range, but can't tell if there was a specific edit made). One of the codes may have been copied out of the sheet around that time, but we've done that before without this issue.

Is there a simple fix I can employ to solve this and get our data back into our sheet like it was yesterday?

    Thank you!

I have just tested this on my end and I can see it works fine, what I would suggest you is to try running the import range function and update your spreadsheet.

You could also change the settings on your second spreadsheet and make sure it edits every minute and on each change, you will find this by going to File > Spreadsheet settings > Recalculation > On change and every minute.

Even if the cells on the second spreadsheet in the range imported are deleted they will automatically update since they will not be similar to the first spreadsheet.

You should also make sure that there is not other function or formula that conflicts with the import range function.

Thank you! I was actually able to get this resolved earlier this afternoon. I will keep this in mind in case I have this issue again!
