I'm in the process of using Stripe and I wanted to know if there was a way that customers can be charged for future use instead of being charged immediately?
I own a service business and sometimes the price that my customer(s) are going aren't determined before the service but instead after the service has been complete.

You can enable the Payment Authorization on your form if you want to get payment authorization only. And then, capture payment from the customers at a later time when needed. Here's the guide for that: How to Enable Payment Authorization.
