Will I lose any data after reaching the 100 submissions mark?

    Hi!

I integrated my form to Google Docs and I was wondering if after 100 submissions, will all those data be erased parallel to the reset of the submission counter?

Then next month, will the new submissions be added to the previous Google doc spreadsheet?

    Hoping for your immediate response.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

    Thank you for your inquiry.

Once you reach your submission limits for free account, your account will be temporarily disabled and you can't recieved anymore submission of your forms. However, even though you reach your submission limits, all your data are intact and new submissions will be added to the previous data in your google doc spreadsheet after the monthly counter reset.

If you need further assistance, feel free to contact us again anytime.

    Thank you!

    Thanks for the reply!

But what if we didn't reach the 100 limit for this month, will the remaining empty submissions be added to next month?

    Hi,

Even though you didn't reach your submission limits which is 100 for this month, remaining submission won't be added for next month after the monthly counter reset. Free accounts, are limited only to 100 submission per month.

    Thank you!
