is anyone having an issue with the "submit" button not appearing on your page in Wordpress? I have a self-hosted site and everything shows withe the exception of the "submit" button.

I have tried both the javascript option and the plug-in.

This is a re-post of a comment on Adding Forms to Wordpress.org Version

Do you mind if we ask your website URL so we can check it and for further assistance?

    Thank you!

Sorry, I forgot to close this out last night before going to bed.  Since you are already aware of the problem, I will just state what I tried and ultimately came up with for the solution:

    Wordpress version:  3.4.1

Since neither the plug-in nor the Wordpress code sample worked, I looked at the source code and it looked like I should have no problems.  Furthermore, I would have a bit more control over certain aspects of the form layout as well.  I finally settled on the lightbox approach and it's working fine.

Unfortunately, I have the link to the form "secured"/password protected as it will only be used internally as a checklist ensuring I have completed all of the necessary work for each client I have.

Hopefully this saves someone even a few minutes of time.
