    need to make empty space or padding from the top of the form

    Asked by ezchoicefinancial on July 16, 2012 at 10:33 AM

    Attached is the background im using for my form. as you can see i dont want my form or text to start until right after the left green arrow. so i added a bunch of free text ( html) to make sure that my form and text dont start until the arrow and i deleted the message " Click to edit this text". it worked but everyday 24 hours and the click to edit this text message comes back up. is there another way to achieve what i want done.

    i put a bunch
    in the free text ( html), it seems to have worked for now. but im not sure if that is not going to work in 24 hours. let me know if there is another way. i tried the hidden box too and didnt work

    Hi,

    To fixed the said problem, replace those code that you injected into your form with this codes:

    /*----Background Image----*/

    .form-all{

    background-image:url('http://coronacreditrepair.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/07/contact-free-consultation-form.png');

    }

    .form-all {

    padding-top: 160px !important;

    padding-left: 6px !important;

    }

    .form-sub-label {color:#FFFFFF;}.form-header-group {

    background:none repeat scroll 0 0 ;

    }

    .form-pagebreak {

    background: none;

    }

    I have cloned your form and this is what I have: http://jotform.me/form/21974877457472

    thank you i noticed though that the actual part of the actual background is appearing twice on the site. like part of the green arrow . not sure if you can see but i can.

    This is caused by CSS, by default, the background-image is repeated. In order to solve this, please add the following line to your injected CSS code.

    background-repeat: no-repeat;

    It should be added inside .form-all { here }

    Thank you for using our services.

    I paste this into text box labels that I want blank and the "click to edit" doesn't reappear:
