Authorize.Net PCI error during transaction

    I have the same problem on my form when going to checkout: https://form.jotform.co/71076881251861

     

    In the suggested fix, what does "Refer to the Product Type" mean? That is not something that can be changed. My Product Type is "Card Not Present"

    Please refer to the Authorize.Net support guide:

    Log in to your account at https://account.authorize.net. Click Account from the main toolbar. Click Merchant Profile.

     

    Look for Product Type your account was using under Business information. Change the Product Type to something else.
