I have been using jotform for some time now and it has been working just fine, but for some reason now for about 5 days all of the Notification emails are not coming through to my email. I have tried forwarding the leads to the email address as well and it still will not come through. I have added email@example.com to my safe sender list and turned off all my spam filters and I still cant get any emails from jotform. I really need the notifications to come through. The email address i am using is firstname.lastname@example.org
I am using Godaddy email
Please call me asap and get this fixed

your email was in our bounce list and I've removed it.
Reason(s) : 5.1.2 - Bad destination host "DNS Hard Error looking up livehotleads.com (M= X): all A records of the domain's MX records are invalid"
Now you can receive email from JotForm again :)

I'm having the same trouble, email notifications are not coming through to my email. I just added email@example.com to my contacts but did not change anything, and messages are not coming to my spam folder either. I'm using the email firstname.lastname@example.org, I'd appreciate if you could help me. Thanks in advance

Can you please add JotMail's ip addresses to your mail provider's whitelist? I've just checked your email logs and JotForm has successfully sent your notifications to your email address.
If this still doesn't work, please open a new thread and let us know the form ID or URL. So we can also test your form.
