I use my website daily it acts as my storage for important information so I have a feeling that I'm the one viewing my form so how can I make it so that my viewing isn't counting in my form views?

That is not possible. If you are constantly loading the webpage within your site where your jotform is embedded, please note that it will count as a form view, since a view is any type of loading the form through it's direct link or webpage where it is embedded.
