Account has been over quota after making payment

    hi team,

    i have made a payment to upgrade my space. however my form still showed OUT OF QUOTA and not able to use it.

    please check and fix it at the soonest!

    upgrade plan : $5/month

    Hello,

    As far as I check, you have a STORAGE plan. Your upload limit is 100 MB in the Storage plan as you can see the screenshot below:

    However, you have 102.61 MB upload in your account. This is the reason why your account has been over quota.

    You can download your submissions and then delete the submissions with their uploads from your account. Or, you can consider upgrading your account to Bronze plan. Please find the pricing page at the following link: https://www.jotform.com/pricing
