Can someone fill in a form without signing up please?

If I email a link to a form to someone who has not registered with Jotform, can they complete the form without the need to signup to Jotform please? Thank you.

Anybody can fill and submit your form. They do not need to have a registered JotForm account to submit your form. You can e-mail your form, you can embed your form to any website and this does not affect to form submission.
