Why changes made in the form are not reflecting?

I cleaned the cache but the form does not show the changes I made. 

Is the form saved automatically?

I checked your form, but I'm not sure what I should see there, is this the current version you should have:

Or you did some additional changes that are not showing here?

If that's the case, only what I could think of is that the login session timed out so whatever you did, didn't actually saved. Or if you had few tabs opened with form builder and the same form.

And yes, the changes are saved automatically, but that will affect the above-mentioned time-out.
