Can I change my username?

I would like to change my user name.

Please provide at least 3 unique usernames so that we can check for its availability. Please take note that period "." and spaces are not allowed anymore.

Note: If you are using custom URL (how to create a custom URL of a form) for your form, it will no longer work since the username got changed. You will need to change the URL to have the new username in it instead.

I have changed your username from "jeffchin" to " NACIVT". You can now log in to your Jotform account with your new username and your current password.
