How do I open an encrypted submission?

I have tried unsuccessfully to open my encrypted submissions. Can you please help with this matter?

When you visit the submission page for your form, you should be prompted to upload your key:

https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-view-Submissions

If you are not, try clearing your browsers cache/cookies or browsing in private/incognito mode.  This should allow for uploading the key once again.  After uploading the key, the encryption on the data should be removed.
