Emails being rejected by @comcast.net email addresses due to failed PTR record lookup

    I have tried for months now to fix this issue. I guess you don't care. I will s look for another option for online forms. Thanks

    We are currently having issues with @comcast.net email addresses rejecting emails due to due to failed PTR record lookup.  I will forward your thread to our developers in addition to the other tickets that have already been opened.  We will let you know as soon as we have any updates.

    In the mean time, I would recommend either sending the emails from your own address via SMTP:

    Or using a different address.  Gmail is free and tends to work quite well.
