We've had 3 customers in past 2 days tell us that they are unable to submit our order form when using safari.  Is there a solution for this?

    Thanks and please advise.

I checked your form and there is a greater issue there and it is a collecting of the credit card information which is against our Terms of use:

Your account us temporarily disabled since you have to remove those fields and use one of our Payment integrations.

Please get back to us once you do and we will re-activate your account.

And, by the way, I was able to submit your form from the Safari browser so if the issue persists after these changes, please let us know.

    Thank you for your understanding.

How am I supposed to take orders from my clients if they can't provide
payment details? The link you sent did not work, it took me to some
    phishing banned site.
    Please advise ASAP!!!

I have checked your form and see that the credit card fields are removed from the form. In order to receive any payments from your users, it is required to integrate one of the payment methods on the form. Here is the link that helps in integrating payment fields to your form.
