I have a survey that has over 100 submissions...I want to download the submissions into PDF form but I only want a few of the answers visible in the PDF. I click on the gear symbol at the top of the submission page and deselect the questions I do not want included. Then I go down to the bottom of the page and click on PDF...some of the questions are not coming through that I want to come through. I have logged out and logged back in twice. I've restarted my computer twice and still it is not downloading properly.
I've attached a screenshot to show which boxes I have checked and unchecked. However, when I download the PDF it only shows 4 of the fields.

It seems you have customized the PDF report previously and it was corrupted. This was the reason the downloaded PDF report of submissions have some fields missing.
I have corrected the issue now and reset the PDF report template.
Please try downloading the PDF report submissions again. It should now included all the fields data that were selected in the submission option.
Let us know if still not resolved.

Hi there...i'm still having trouble. I went in and selected different answer/question fields to download the reports and it did not download the correct answer/question fields. Please help!
How can I reset the PDF report to show all fields again?

Hi,
To reset the PDF format, select the form in the My Forms page and click the Submissions button. After that, click the PDF button and then the Customized PDF. In the Customized PDF page, click the Reset button. Here's a screen animation guide:
Please do get back to us if you have questions. Thank you.
