    I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that you want to share your form URL with someone?

    If you want to share your form URL with someone, you need to grab your form's direct URL. Please check the screenshot below on how to grab your form's direct URL:

    Upon checking your account I found that it's suspended by our anti-phishing system. As your form "Voting for Contestants" has fields like "Username & Password" which makes it suspected of being used for phishing.

    Authentication form can't be used in JotForm and creating such forms are against the Terms of Use. I have deleted the password field and activated your account again.

    Kindly refrain from creating form with email/password, login/password or credit card details.
