the problem has come back. you helped me fix this before.
when customers use my form and press submit it doesn't come through to my email again - email@example.com
their forms are getting lost somewhere. is my email detached again?

Your email address has been placed on our bounce list again. The same reason below:

It says that we are blocked. I've fixed this to our end. You can prevent this from happening again in the future by doing the following:
1. Add email@example.com to your safe sender or contact list.
2. Add jotform.com to your safe domain list.

Settings > Options > Mail > Junk Emails > Safe Sender > Add firstname.lastname@example.org > Save:
