GetResponse autoresponder not receiving all data

Name Field is not show in getresponse but the email is

I could not find any fault in your Getrespose integration settings with your form.

So it should be working. 

Can you also try first doing a re-integration process. That is, remove the current integration and then redo it on your form. See if this process resolve the issue.
