    Form Encryption: Not able to remove encryption on the form using saved private key

     i have tried using keys i had previously created and have been saved on my computer for some months now, which was decrypting all previous submissions, i have not created a new key.

    Sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you.

    I understand that you are not able to decrypt the encrypted data on your form. If this is the case, please make sure that the private key is the correct key that you are trying to use (i.e. it is the private key that was generated when you encrypted your form). Please also try to upload the private key while in Incognito Mode of browsing. Failing to provide the correct key will not decrypt the encrypted data.

    I still have no answer to this problem. My forms are returning the signature but not the other data. Your code must be completely bugged

    You might have saved your key in a wrong format, perhaps. Could you please send your private key to support@jotform.com. Please type e-mail subject as "Regarding thread #1144368" to help you in a better way and easily understand the issue.
