Refund Request

    Hi JotForm,


    I cancelled my jot form subscription last week but have already paid for May. As this is an account I will start and stop when I need it are you able to refund or part refund me for the May monthly subscription as I will not be using it in May?

    As per your request, I have refunded your unused amount ($13.54). Please allow 5-7 days for the refund to reflect on your credit card.
