English and French forms

I'm new to JotForm and am trying it out to see if it works well with my needs.

I have created 2 test forms, one in English and one in French (and I have changed all the error messages to French as well). The French form is titled Partagez votrre histoire.

The English form works fine on my web page. The French form cannot be found even on the JotForm UI (see attached). Was there anything that I did wrong? Can you point out what the problem is?
