Why my form does not submit?

Hello,

I am still having trouble.  I believe the form is built correctly, as it funtions fine in form preview.  But I believe there is a problem with/how to publish it.    

When I try to use it live, I am unable to use it.  If I email the link, and then try the form from an emailed link, Then I can fill the form out, but I am unable to submit the form.   

Please help, as I am anxious to start using jotforms!  :)

I was checking your form, but I cannot replicate the mentioned issue on my end, I have filled it out and it worked when I clicked on the submit button. 

Are you still experiencing the issue on your end? 

I have cleared your forms cache now, could you please check and let us know if you can still replicate the problem. 

If possible, please check the web console in order to find if there is any error displayed. The keyboard shortcuts below will help you getting the console: 

Google Chrome:

Mac: Command + Option + J

Windows: Control + Shift + J

Firefox:

Windows: Ctrl+Shift+K

Mac: Command+Option+K
