Hidden fields showing

In my form, "Boarding Request," if a field is hidden, and I click on the form to fill it out, the hidden forms then appear. Also, in the emails the hidden fields are showing.

For instance, the first question if you select "No" the hidden fields appear. The fields that appear should be hidden until selected otherwise later on in the form using conditions.

    How can this be fixed?

I cloned your form (https://form.jotform.com/53624196185966) and I noticed that your form is currently set up as Clear on Submit on Clear Hidden Fields. Could you please try changing it to Clear on being Hidden instead?

    Hope this helps.

I have cloned your form, and I have noticed you are hiding many fields through it's advanced properties when they are already conditioned to show only if a specific selection is made, so there is no need to hide a field through it's properties if you have created a condition to show it.

    See this example:

I have created this simple condition to show the Name field if the answer to the previous question is equal to yes:

As you can see in the following animated image, the field does not show upon form's load, because the condition has not been met yet. So there is no need to hide it through it's properties:

On regard of the issue you are facing, I see the first question in your form is "Are you a new client?":

And if I am not mistaken, you would like to show the rest of the fields until the user checks one option.

If you want to show all fields if the selected option is equal to "Yes", then re-calibrate condition 7 to this:

Note: you will need to exclude fields number 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 20, and 21 as they are conditioned to show if other selections are done.
