Staff at another campus are blocked from accessing a form

    Hi there

    Please can you help.

    I have a form which needs to be filled in by staff across our College, but a staff member is unable to fill it in as they are getting the phishing message for some reason!

    Their IP address is: 195.195.234.195

    They are trying to access my form at: https://form.jotformpro.com/70453889479980

    I have whitelisted the IP address. Can you please check again? Please update us about the result.
