How to change the title which is displayed in web browser?

Also, my form is keeping the name of the form they were cloned from rather than the new name I have changed that to - very obvious when opening the live form in a web browser.

To change the title which is displayed in the web browser, you will need to change the "Page Title" of your "Form Settings". Please check the screenshot below:
