How to change the field label name in the email content

Hi,

On my form I added a new entry called "Existing surface material removal needed"

It works fine but when I receive the form from someone via email 

that entry says "click to edit" instead of "Existing surface material removal needed"

Any way to fix this?

I was able to see the glitch also. But you can correct this in the Email content of your form Autorespnder.

Select the label/name on the email content and replace it with the proper text you need.

Save the email content after to keep the changes.

I also noticed an issue on one of your Notifier email. 

Please correct the error on the Notifier to avoid any email delivery issue with this form.
