I connected my Square account to JotForm and have two clients that submitted payments through the form but they did not go through.
JotForm says the payment was successful, but my client's card was never charged.
I contacted Square and they show that JotForm was successfully integrated with my Square acct, but they see no record of a payment (just like my client sees no record of a payment.)
The only place who says a payment went through is JotForm.
Here is a record of they payment in question. Can you help me figure this out?
