Body of email notification for my form shows the incorrect year

    I edit an original form every year to reflect the current year along with other minor changes.  The form that I receive when the user clicks the "Submit" button has last year's date on it.  How do I fix this.  I checked the form that is on the webpage and it is correct, but the submitted form is wrong.

    While editing your form, click the "Settings" tab, then click on the "Emails" tab.  From there, mouse over the email notification and click the pencil icon to open the editor:

    Update the body of your email notification to reflect the current information.
