I upgraded my account last month to enterprise but now it is saying I am out of space again

I confirmed that you made payments yesterday, but your form submissions are more than 1000 allocated for premium account , this is a reason why account is scheduled for downgrade.
I have reset your form quota and your account should be fine now. We can only do this once. Keep enjoyng jotform and thanks for being our customer!

Thanks for that -- I actually upgraded to the Professional version last month but for some reason it reverted back. I already created another account at Professional level and imported my form so we are good to go.
