I am not receiving any completed forms

    For the last 3 weeks I have not received any completed forms.  When I tried to log in I got a message that we were on the Bounce List.  What does that mean.  Our email address has not changed.

    We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Your email was previously in bounce list.

    It was the reason you were not getting email notice from form submissions previously.

    But I see now that the email was already removed from the blocked list. New incoming email should now be getting through.

    Please let us know if issue still persist.
