How to add arrow to scroll form?

Also there is a scroll and the up and down arrow for convenience, can you please let me which widget can perform this function?

You may like to take a look at our "Scroll to Top" widget and see if this fits into your requirement. Please note that this widget will only add one arrow button to scroll to top of the form.

I am unable to find any option which will allow you to add scroll button to scroll up & down both. I will get back to you if I am able to find any options.
