I have a contact form that we generate our leads from. It has a comments section that isn't required, but numerous leads fill it out. However, we were not aware of this because the comments section never shows up in the e-mail notification we receive. All the other fields are there (required or not) Yet, the comments doesn't even show up.

To fixed the problem, all you need to do is create a new Email Alerts Notification and do let us know if this solution fixed the problem or not so we can further assist you.
